TEACHER TRAINING

EARTH AND US FOUNDATION invites you to participate in the project “Training for Teachers – Preventing the effects of COVID-19 on the development of education in Warsaw educational institutions” funded by the Capital City of Warsaw.

As part of the project, an eleven-day highly specialized training for teachers and a conference will be held, aimed at improving the level of teaching in secondary schools and educational institutions, which is part of the digital transformation of education among active teachers in city of Warsaw.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

  1.   2. Improving the professional skills and qualifications needed to carry out the work, including in particular:
  • familiarising yourself with the technologies used in enterprises;
  • familiarisation with equipment, tools and other technical equipment used in production processes or services;
  • getting to know the specifics of working in real-world conditions in the industry related to the profession being taught;
  • improving practical skills for the application of theoretical knowledge;
  • gain new professional experience;
  • establishing new professional contacts enabling them to be used in the vocational training process;
  • improving interpersonal skills in direct contact with entrepreneurs;
  • identifying the needs and employment opportunities of school leave teachers on the labour market.

TRAINING REGULATIONS

As part of the training, lesson scenarios will be created, which will be made available on the Foundation’s website at the end of the project.
